2026 年 2 月 17 日（農曆新年）的房價包含 2 人份的自助晚餐。自助晚餐以每間房至少兩人入住為準。如果客人人數低於標準入住人數，仍將按兩人收費。即使客人因航班時刻表、遲到或其他原因無法用餐，也需支付晚餐費用。額外的客人也需按此收費。價格如有更改，恕不另行通知。

提早跟酒店提出接送服務 一到達機場後，就會有專人車我們到碼頭，然後有私人船隻到長灘島 酒店位置相當近Dmall 不用幾分鐘，就可以直達沙灘 旁邊還有KFC 酒店裡面都有水上活動預約及按摩 按摩可以在房間或者泳池旁邊 要是早上又調到活動，可於酒店服用早餐，早餐正常 我見晚餐也有自助餐，價錢也相當合宜，大概800peso 雖然房間沒有水供應，但房間外面有飲水機，可以自己倒水 至於昆蟲方面，沒有其他客人說得那麼誇張，只見到數小隻

我被安排在吸菸區的正上方房間。因為我本人很怕冷，也不喜歡吹冷氣，所以我一直保持打開露台。第二天我就收到警告信，說我在房內吸菸，要罰我錢，同埋這幾日都不會有房間清潔。我立即找前台，跟他們說我是non-smoker，那些煙味可能是從樓下吸菸區來的。說了很久，他們完全不理會我，說有此發現，所以只能有處罰。我跟他們說，你跟我換房間，離吸菸區很遠的房間，就一定不會有煙味。然後又說沒房間。談了大半小時，他說給我多一次機會，叫我千奇不要開露台，如果之後真的沒煙味就不會有處罰，如果有，就一定有處罰。 那餘下4天，我完全不敢開露台，只能被困在一間又凍，又多塵，又暗的房間內。。。結果，我著冷了！！ 早餐種類超少，而且主要是Korean food。 還有一點，我被安排在二樓。沒有lift，只有樓梯。有個staff話幫我搬上樓梯，我就讓他幫了。一上到去，他就開口問我要錢，我心諗你們真的會賺錢，沒有lift就來收我錢。這是什麼世界！？退房那天，有staff話幫搬落樓梯，我直接跟他說“I finish all my cash. ”然後他竟然是沒幫我就離開！！！這裡太恐怖了！！ 我從未試過寫那麼一大篇負評。但我想讓將要入住或考慮入住旅客人有一個心理準備或衡量自己的容忍度 。因為這裡應該有不少旅客會考慮，因為位置是不錯的。

這家酒店就位於S2 沙灘，出行吃飯還是要去dmall都在都是步行就能抵達，酒店的泳池已經設施也是挺好的，值得推薦

Amazing service at this hotel, the staff go above and beyond at every step to help you, and they were extremely polite and friendly the whole stay. The rooms were light and spacious, but I would recommend garden view over the pool view because of a loud fire show that happens poolside every evening at around 8pm. The hotel undersold it's proximity to the beach, it is less than 5 minutes from hotel to the water, and they have a great towel system where you can borrow from the hotel and take it with you. They also have sunbeds on the beach reserved just for hotel guests. The hotel itself has 4 pools, 2 of which are connected to rooms. One pool has the bar attached, and the final pool at the end closest to the beach is quiet (and with less children!) Plenty of sunbeds available with comfortable mats, tables, and umbrellas. The only part of the stay that was underwhelming was the food - the area that the hotel has made for the restaurant is open-air, and so the pastries were crawling with flies every morning. It was also very busy every day due to limited space, and there weren't a lot of options.

We had an absolutely wonderful 5 days and 4 nights at Henann Garden! The resort exceeded our expectations in every way — from the warm and friendly staff who were always ready to assist, to the beautiful and well-maintained facilities. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The pools and gardens created such a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere, and the location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach and nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, and every meal we had was enjoyable. Overall, our stay was truly memorable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!
